"When a job opportunity brought me to Orange County at the end of last year, I needed a real estate broker who could help me purchase a home in one of the most competitive markets in the US. With Ernie Aguilar, I got that, plus a trustworthy guide and supportive friend who continues to help me post-purchase. To say he’s been a godsend is an understatement. Upon a recommendation by a coworker who had engaged Ernie in her home search a few years prior, I reached out to him, and he suggested meeting at a bar in Santa Ana. His approach was to establish a rapport with clients and connect one-on-one to ensure a successful working relationship. Apart from seeking to understand what I was looking for and my budget, he sought to grasp my priorities and values.
