Born and raised in Orange County, Viviana has never shied away from a good challenge. She studied journalism and Spanish at Cal State Fullerton, ultimately graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors, a testament to her grit and passion for constant learning.

For several years, Viviana also worked as a brand ambassador for various international companies. There, she learned the art of sales and quickly became known for her unparalleled work ethic and natural ability to both educate the consumer on the brand and engage with them through meaningful and genuine interactions at events.

Real estate runs through her veins. Growing up, she would learn the fundamentals of the industry by shadowing her mother, a successful veteran in the real estate world. She knew she wanted to make a positive impact on her clients and create long-lasting relationships with them just like she had seen her mother do time and time again.
