Sam brings a perspective to real estate that most agents simply can’t offer, he’s not just selling properties, he’s built and designed them. As a realtor, designer, and general contractor serving Southern California, Sam operates across the entire lifecycle of a property, from concept and design through construction, renovation, and sale. His eye for space, material, and detail isn’t an afterthought; it’s central to how he identifies value and positions every listing.
 
Born and raised in Los Angeles to an Iranian-family, Sam’s path took him around the world through his service in the United States Marine Corps before planting roots in San Diego and ultimately, Orange County, Newport Beach. That journey gave him something most agents spend years trying to develop, an authentic, ground-level understanding of markets across Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, San Diego, and Orange County.
 
When he’s not working, Sam is living everything that drew him to Orange County in the first place. You’ll find him at the beach, in the gym, on a yoga mat, or hunting down the best food in Orange County with family and friends. He’s the kind of person who genuinely loves where he lives, the energy, the weather, the people, and that enthusiasm comes through in every conversation he has with clients. Sam believes the best agents don’t just know the market, they live it.
