Pauline Nguyen got into real estate as a sophomore in college — and thereafter launched a successful career. Pauline graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, honing the fundamental skills of a real estate professional — effective communication, marketing savvy, and managerial organization and coordination. The business agrees with her. “I enjoy serving others and making sure everyone around me is content,” she says. “I am a huge team player, and I love collaborating with others to create greatness.”

Many of Pauline’s early clients were first-time buyers, who she found particularly exciting and rewarding. In recent years, she’s worked with more sellers, which plays to her marketing and strategic skills in promoting properties and optimizing results. A Costa Mesa native, Pauline now lives in Newport Beach and serves clients all over Orange County and Los Angeles.

In her spare time, Pauline enjoys weightlifting, traveling, going to the beach, and videography.
