Get to Know Me

Mason Patterson was born and raised in Northwest Arkansas. However, because his parents were born and raised in Los Angeles, he’d spent several summer vacations there and always dreamed of living in sunny California. Now that dream has come true, and Mason serves North Tustin, Laguna Beach, Costa Mesa, and Shady Canyon as a real estate professional.
 
After earning his degree in supply chain management with a minor in small enterprise management at the University of Arkansas, Mason was a logistics coordinator with a Fortune 500 company at a terminal in LA, running more than 700 drivers and managing more than $2 billion in revenue per quarter.
 
With that business, customer-centric, and management experience, Mason has the perfect skill set for a Realtor® — he is an able coordinator for buyers, sellers, and investors in transactions with myriad moving parts. Mason represents his clients with calm, professional confidence tempered with empathy, compassion, and a dedication to service above and beyond expectations.
 
When he’s not working, Mason devotes himself to health and wellness, going to the gym, hiking, surfing, snowboarding, and enjoying beach days with friends.
