Karen Kim’s interest in real estate started early; she was drawing floor plans by the time she was 10 years 
old! A Native Southern Californian, Karen offers local expertise, combined with a genuine passion for the 
built environment, to the Los Angeles, Orange Country, and San Diego markets. She followed her dreams 
and entered the real estate industry as an interior designer, and she eventually expanded her business to 
include home staging. Karen cultivated a broad network of agents, architects, contractors, and 
developers in both the residential and commercial sectors, and in 2015, she decided to become an agent 
herself.

Karen understands that a home isn’t just a financial investment; it’s also an emotional one. As a designer, 
she has devoted herself to creating a harmonious environment where people can feel comfortable, 
inspired, and authentic. She carries this principle into her career as an agent. Karen goes above and 
beyond to ensure her clients’ happiness, leveraging a broad industry knowledge and sharp customer 
service skills to deliver results.

Karen doesn’t just help people find their forever home; she helps dogs, too! She frequently volunteers 
with local animal shelters, and she is the proud mom of two rescue pups
