Born and raised in Los Angeles, Juan Serrano brings consistency, vision, and real local knowledge to every real estate transaction. With a bachelors degree in Urban Studies and Planning from USC and a background in construction management at Balfour Beatty, Juan understands the full life cycle of a property—from blueprint to closing. Now as a real estate agent with KASE, and a master’s student at UC Irvine, he’s combining education, field experience, and heart to help clients make smart, lasting moves. Juan takes pride in guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process—whether they’re purchasing their first home or building a portfolio. His approach is clear, intentional, and relationship-driven. He’s not just selling homes. He’s helping people build stability, generational wealth, and a sense of pride in where they live. Outside of real estate, Juan is passionate about travel, food, and exploring new cultures. He studied abroad in Greece, which deepened his appreciation for global design and urban life.
