Garrett’s affinity for real estate began early in life as he watched his grandfather invest in rental properties. At the age of 14, Garrett began working in construction and landscaping jobs, which gave him a greater understanding of properties. As an adult, Garrett grew his personal real estate portfolio and sought opportunities to immerse himself in the industry. Over the years, he developed dynamic experience in real estate, including project management for a new construction development company in Beverly Hills and managing acquisitions for a real estate investment firm in San Diego.

 

From single-family homes to luxury dwellings, Garrett draws from his extensive construction, management, investments, and real estate sales experience to expertly serve his clients. His understanding of the local market, skillful negotiation, and impactful marketing strategies power his ability to achieve any real estate goal.

 

Garrett loves being a member of the Huntington Beach community. A health and fitness devotee, he is an active member of his local gym and enjoys competing in full marathons. In his free time, Garrett can be found at the dog beach with his dog, Kora, or checking out the newest restaurants in town with his fiancée.
