Born and raised in the heart of Santa Ana, CA, I've built my life and career in the city that shaped me. I have a deep appreciation for our area's rich history and architectural diversity. My real estate journey began during my college years, where I studied finance and marketing. While competing as a wrestler at Santa Ana College and Cal State Fullerton, I obtained my real estate license in 2007 during a challenging housing market. While many left the industry, I embraced the opportunity to learn resilience and adaptability—skills that are now integral to my approach.

 

Over the years, I've honed my expertise by collaborating with top industry leaders, gaining invaluable insights into various areas of real estate, including lending, investment, distressed sales, asset management, and real estate marketing. My experience at a prominent asset management firm specializing in HUD-owned homes across multiple states further enriched my knowledge. In 2012, I earned my real estate broker license and, in 2014, shifted my focus back to residential sales. Recently, my passion for design and architecture and my commitment to personal growth led me to join Kase Real Estate to merge my love for design with innovative marketing. 

 

Every home has a story to tell, and I blend my love for design with creative marketing—free from corporate constraints—to help clients achieve their real estate goals. As an active investor, I understand the market's nuances and the importance of making informed decisions. Additionally, I am fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing me to serve a diverse clientele.

 

My background is rooted in a close-knit family; my parents are originally from Mexico, and I have two older brothers who attended USC on academic scholarships—one is a criminal defense attorney, and the other is an accountant, both successful in their respective fields. My journey as a wrestler, from high school through collegiate competition, instilled in me the discipline and focus that guide my work today.

 

Outside of real estate, I enjoy wrestling and training with my two sons, capturing moments through photography, and exploring new places with my family and friends. I also serve on the coaching staff for the boys' wrestling team at Santa Ana High School, sharing my passion for the sport with the next generation. Additionally, I proudly serve on the city of Santa Ana's first Rental Housing Board, advocating for balanced housing solutions to ensure our community thrives.
