Chad’s road to becoming an agent began in college, at which time he completed a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and development. He went on to spend many years in the restaurant industry, where he worked with a range of people from different backgrounds. After buying his own home in 2011, he was inspired to transition into real estate, earning his Utah real estate sales license in 2012 and his broker license in 2017. In 2021, his team became the no. 1 brokerage team in the U.S., and he also branched out to obtain his California sales license.

Chad lives in Salt Lake City with his wife, Amanda, their two children, and a cat named Beyoncé. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, trail running, and spending time at the beach. He volunteers with his local church as a Sunday school teacher and serves as a mentor to parish teenagers.
