With over 20 years of experience in real estate, I’ve built my career by working across multiple facets of the industry, each one shaping how I serve my clients today. I started as a real estate agent helping first-time buyers navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives. From there, I transitioned into lending as a loan officer, where I gained a deep understanding of underwriting, structuring, and packaging loans to get deals approved and across the finish line.

After several years as a top producer, I found my true passion in real estate investing, where strategy, creativity, and execution come together. Today, I specialize in identifying strong investment opportunities, executing value-add renovations, and maximizing returns through thoughtful design and market insight. I’ve worked extensively with off-market properties, inherited homes, probate situations, and institutional sellers, areas that require both experience and a steady hand.

As the founder of OfferNest, a successful real estate investment firm, I bring a unique advantage to my clients. I’m not just advising, I’m actively in the market, buying, renovating, and selling properties myself. That hands-on experience gives me a realtime pulse on market conditions and allows me to provide practical, results driven guidance.

I’m backed by a strong team, but at the core of everything I do is a simple philosophy: relationships over transactions. I believe in doing what you say you’re going to do with integrity, consistency, and follow-through.

Outside of real estate, I’m a proud husband and father, focused on leading by example and building something meaningful for my family. When I’m not working or at my kids’ sports events, you’ll likely find me on a motorcycle enjoying a little throttle therapy.
